Description | The contractor shall prepare a technical and price proposal for three ( 3 ) portable ice storage boxes , electrical connection in order to operate the ice storage boxes and deliver sixty ( 60 ) 20 pound bags of ice monthly . Delivery of ice will be once every two weeks or upon request . The Contractor must ensure maintenance of the ice storage boxes is conducted for full operation and serviceability . The Contractor shall provide all personnel , equipment , supplies , facilities , transportation , tools , materials , supervision , and other items and non - personal services necessary to perform operations necessary for the 18th FAB request . The contractor shall remove all trash , debris , or surplus materials from the work sites and shall leave the work site clean of all debris when work is completed . |
