Description | Gegenstand dieser Beschaffung ist der 2. Bauabschnitt mit dem Projekttitel "Vorbereitung der Standortkonzentration von Aerzen nach Rinteln" - konkret geht es um die Vorbereitung der Standortkonzentration durch Sanierung und Umstrukturierung des Nordflügels am Klinikstandort Rinteln. Die Burghof-Klinik betreibt als Fachklinik für Psychiatrie, Psychosomatik und Psychotherapie Einrichtungen zur Behandlung psychischer Erkrankungen an den Standorten Rinteln, Stadthagen und Aerzen. Im Rahmen einer Standortkonzentration soll der Betrieb künftig zentral am Hauptstandort im ehemaligen Kreiskrankenhaus Rinteln (Virchowstraße 5/9, 31737 Rinteln) gebündelt werden . Nach baulicher Fertigstellung des 1. Bauabschnitts (Patientenbetrieb seit August 2019) erfolgt die weitere Umsetzung in zwei Bauabschnitten. Der hier ausgeschriebene 2. Bauabschnitt umfasst ausschließlich den Nordflügel des Bestandsgebäudes und bildet die Vorbereitung für die spätere vollständige Standortkonzentration im 3. Bauabschnitt (Ost-, Süd- und Westflügel sowie Küche, gesondertes Verfahren). |
