The North Kingstown School Department ( NKSD ) is seeking qualified bids for Locksmith Services . The North Kingstown School Department is seeking Locksmith Services with the intentto implement and maintain a district wide CorMax grandmaster key lock system . The specifics for each area are as follows . The following request is for a one ( 1 )- year service contract with two ( 2 ) one - year options from July 1 , 2026 through June 30 , 2029 . North Kingstown High School - 150 Fairway DriveD Building - 120 Fairway DriveMaintenance Facility - 110 Fairway DriveDavisville Academy & NKSD Early Learning Center - 50 East CourtDavisville Middle School - 200 School StreetWickford Middle School - 250 Tower Hill RoadHamilton Elementary School - 25 Salisbury AvenueQuidnessett Elementary School - 166 Mark DriveStony Lane Elementary School - 825 Stony LaneForest Park Elementary School - 50 Woodlawn DriveFishing Cove Elementary School - 110 Wickford Point RoadThe contractor shall furnish all tools , materials , personnel , equipment , andtransportation to perform locksmith service on CorMax , Best , Stanley , Schlage , Von Duprin , Kwikset , and Master padlocks . The contractor must be a manufacturer and / or distributor and trained to utilize theCorMax key system . Perform emergency and warranty repairs . The contractor shall respond withintwo hours on emergency calls . The contractor shall establish and implement agreed upon security measures toensure that all keys issued to School Department delegates are properlydocumented , key cataloged , issued through the school department maintenancework order system and receipts . All services under this agreement shall be invoiced at least monthly . Locksmithservices made during a billing period will contain the following information : DateWork Order numberLocationDescription of WorkItemized list of supplies or services furnishedLabor hours and material costsSignature of requestor and or building principal with full name , phonenumber , W / O receiptsPrice List and Hardware InventoryThe contractor shall maintain sufficient hardware inventory to service the Districtand submit a price list for each brand line offered to the Director of SchoolFacilities to be approved on a yearly basis or as needed . Subsequent changes inprices must be coordinated with the Director of School Facilities at least 30 daysprior to the effective date of the requested change . The Director of SchoolFacilities must approve the price list prior to incorporation into this Locksmithservice agreement . The Contractor will maintain a district wide CorMax grand master key locksystem . The costs are according to the hourly rate bid price . The Director of School Facilities and Contractor will mutually agree upon theassociated brand price list , costs for new locking hardware , panic bars and therepairs of any existing locks required to complete a district wide grand master keysystem .
