2025 LRA Project & 2026 LMIG Project

The work to be performed includes the replacement of water laterals under the roadway , milling , resurfacing , and striping on the following streets within the City of Metter , Georgia . Specifically , this project includes the following : 2025 LRA ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT : • Pine Street : 3 , 900 SY of resurfacing from South Register Street to South Kennedy Street for 1 , 760 LF . Work includes raising manholes and water valves , milling as required for inlay paving joints , replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter , and restriping . Videoing of existing sanitary sewer main for 880 LF , with the potential addition of sanitary sewer pipe bursting with lateral reconnection for 880 LF . 2026 LMIG ROADWAY IMPROVEMENT PROJECT : • Daniel Street : 4 , 350 SY of resurfacing from Cedar St to North Lewis Street for 1 , 660 LF . Work includes raising manholes and water valves , milling as required for inlay paving joints , replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter , and restriping . Videoing of existing sanitary sewer main for 1 , 005 LF , with the potential addition of sanitary sewer pipe bursting with lateral reconnection for 1 , 005 LF . • High Street : 2 , 860 SY of resurfacing from Central AVE to Lilian ST for 830 LF . Work includes installation of new 6 ” Water Main for 1 , 215 LF , replacement of water service laterals from the main to the meter , installation of 134 LF of 8 ” sanitary sewer main and manhole , raising manholes and water valves , milling as required for inlay paving joints , and restriping . Videoing of existing sanitary sewer main for 600 LF , with the potential addition of sanitary sewer pipe bursting with lateral reconnection for 600 LF .
