All bidders must be GDOT Pre - qualified . Bids are to be submitted to Kelly Brown , City of Smyrna Purchasing Division , no later than10 : 00 AMEST , Friday , December 19 , 2025 , at which time they will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall . This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted . TIME FOR COMPLETION : The contract time for Substantial Completion for the total project is 90 calendar days . See more |
