All bidders must be GDOT Pre-qualified. Bids are to be submitted to Kelly Brown, City of Smyrna Purchasing Division, no later than 10:00 AM EST, Friday, December 19, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened in the Human Resources Conference Room at City Hall. This is a sealed bid and electronic bid submissions are not accepted. TIME FOR COMPLETION: The contract time for Substantial Completion for the total project is 90 calendar days. |
