Description | The work shall consist of furnishing all labor , materials , tools , equipment , appurtenances and incidentals for : 2025 Sewer Rehabilitation and Replacement Project – The Work includes rehabilitation and replacement of existing sewers at multiple locations in the City of Fountain Valley . The Work includes segment repairs of existing sewers at four locations ( Newhope Street and Slater Avenue intersection , Apricot Circle , Harbor Boulevard , and Magnolia Street and Nightingale Avenue intersection ). The Work also includes removal and replacement of existing sewers at five locations ( Circulo de Villa Avenue , Nightingale Avenue , Mount Coulter Street , Heil Avenue , and Ward Street and Ellis Avenue intersection ). The Work also includes cured - in - place lining of existing sewers at five locations ( Harbor Boulevard , 405 Freeway , Fountain Valley Estates , Magnolia Street and Nightingale Avenue intersection , and Magnolia Street and Warner Avenue intersection ). Existing sewer laterals will be reconnected to the new sewer mains . Two new manholes will be constructed with one manhole removed and disposed . Existing pavement damaged during construction will be replaced . |
