Description | 2026 - 2028 Dillingham Harbor Maintenance Dredging will perform maintenance dredging , placement of dredged materials using the designated open - water placement site , and pre - and post - dredge surveys at Dillingham Harbor in Dillingham , Alaska for the base and options ( if awarded ). The contractor is to furnish all labor , equipment , supplies , materials , supervision , and other items and services necessary to accomplish the work . The contractor shall comply with commercial and industry standards as well as all applicable federal , state , and local laws , regulations , and procedures . A fuel price adjustment provision for the dredging plant is included as Time and Material CLINs . The type of contract shall be firm - fixed price . Construction wage rates ( formerly Davis - Bacon Act wage rates ) shall apply . Amendment 0001 posted 17 Dec 2025 . Amendment 0002 posted 8 Jan 2026 . Abstract of Offerors added 5 Feb 2026 . |
