Description | Die AOK Niedersachsen führt diese Markterkundung durch, um zu prüfen, ob der Beschaffungsbedarf im Rahmen eines Vergabeverfahrens wettbewerblich gedeckt werden kann, oder ob der bisherige Dienstleister die COMRAMO AG aus Hannover, weiterhin Vertragspartner aufgrund eines Alleinstellungsmerkmals im Sinne von § 14 Abs. 4 VgV bleiben wird. Im Mittelpunkt dieser Prüfung ist der weitere Einsatz der Software smart BEIHILFE, COM.beihilfe digital sowie der COM.bEIHILFE digital App. Mit Hilfe dieser Software soll das Fachpersonal der AOK Niedersachsen bei der Bearbeitung von Beihilfeangelegenheiten nach unterschiedlichen Landesrechten unterstützt werden. Zudem soll die Eingangspost in Papierform digitalisiert und in der Software bereitgestellt werden. Die Anforderungen der AOK Niedersachsen an eine Softwarelösung werden unter Ziffer 3.1 konkretisiert. |
