Description | The City of Norton Shores , Michigan is seeking sealed bids for 38 % liquid calcium chloride ( dust control ). SCOPE OF SERVICE The City of Norton Shores Dust Control Program consists of three ( 3 ) City ( in - house ) applications of 38 % brine . These dust control measures typically occur between May 1 , and October 31 , of each season . The delivered quantities per application have been listed for informational purposes and may vary plus or minus +/- in gallons delivered . Material is to be delivered between the hours of 7 : 00 am to 4 : 00 pm , Monday through Friday to the Department of Public Works Garage located at 1174 East Mount Garfield Road , Norton Shores MI 49441 Upon delivery Company Drivers and / or their subs must check in with the front office . They shall also provide load tickets with Truck Numbers , Number of Gallons , Date / Time of Delivery , Drivers Name , and Materials Ratio ( 38 %).
