Description | West boiler room demo : The Contractor shall remove existing Laars boiler , pumps , air separator , expansion tanks , related piping , strainers and valves in the central boiler room . The flue piping shall be removed . All control interface and wiring shall be removed to the common controls interface panel ( mechanical contractor to coordinate with the school districts existing controls contractor and include any controls contractor expenses in their scope of work ). All electrical conduit and wiring shall be removed back to the disconnect switches and capped in accordance with proper electrical code and good electrical practices . Combustion air to the room shall be maintained . |
