1 . Job Evaluation and Salary Administration Program ( JESAP ) Review • Evaluate the current JESAP framework and provide recommendations to ensure long - term sustainability , equity , and compliance with best practices . • Review , update , and validate job descriptions , including job evaluations and classifications . • Subject to mutual agreement on completion date 2 . Pay Structure and Compensation Analysis • Review the existing pay plan and assess the advantages and challenges of adopting a step - based pay plan . • Conduct a comprehensive compensation study , including but not limited to : o Base pay o Certificate Pay o Shift differentials and on - call pay o Education - related pay and tuition assistance o Longevity Pay and other supplemental pay programs o Completion date of July 31 , 2026 3 .
