Description

The 2026 DIRP # 2 Water ReplacementCapital Improvement Project includes work within the Green Mountain Water and Sanitation District , located withinJefferson County , Colorado . The work generally consists of : Replacement of roughly 8 , 500 feet of cast iron pipe with 6 ” and 4 ” PVC pipe and 200 ’ 6 ” fusible PVC , this scope includes 190 water service reconnections . Surface restoration includes trench asphalt patch paving , Roto - milling , overlay and miscellaneous concrete repair . The schedule is as follows : Monday , January 19 , 2026 – Contract Documents with Exhibits / Details , Specifications and Bid Forms may be obtained online at www . bidnetdirect . com or by contacting the district manager . Wednesday , February 4 , 2026 , at 10 : 00 am – Bids will be received and opened at the GMWSD office , 13919 West Utah Avenue Lakewood , CO 80228 . Wednesday , August 5 , 2026 – Project Completion . All questions must be submitted via email to Karl Kluge at RGA ( karlk @ rgengineers . com ) no later than January 28 , 2026 , at 3 : 00 PM .
