Description | The Town of Harrison in the County of Hudson , State of New Jersey , is a Class 1 municipality seeking proposals from authorized ( per the New Jersey Uniform Construction Code , Department of Community Affairs ) agencies for plan review and onsite inspection services . The contract will be for a One ( 1 ) year term for the following sub - codes : ➢ Elevator – One ( 1 ) HHS , Sub - Code Official / Inspector The contract shall require minimum fulltime staffing of Sub - Code Official and Inspector positions . All Sub - Code Official and Inspectors are required to possess a HHS license in their respective sub - code . Also , all Sub - Codes and Inspectors must be approved by the Town of Harrison Construction Official , who shall have the authority to determine that the sub - code officials / inspectors are able to effectively enforce the sub - code for which the bid is submitted . |
