The City of Hamtramck is requesting bids for the joint sealing of 17 roads located throughout the City of Hamtramck . The anticipated start date isMay 1 , 2026 , with substantial completion byJuly 15 , 2026 , and final completion byJuly 30 , 2026 . SEALED BIDSwill be accepted at the offices of the City Clerk . Bid must be clearly labeled “ HAMTRAMCK 2026 JOINT SEALING PROGRAM ” Two ( 2 ) hard copies of the bid proposals shall be submitted to : Hamtramck City Clerk3401 Evaline StreetHamtramck , MI 48212Deadline : Monday , March 23 , 2026 , at 10 AM ( EST ). Bids shall be publicly opened and read . All RFI ’ s shall be emailed to Tiffany T . Contract Documents will be available for download through BidNet services . Bidders must deposit , with their bid , surety in the form of a certified check , bank draft , or bid bond , in the sum of five percent ( 5 %) of the amount of the proposal . The OWNER reserves the right to waive any information or to reject any and / or all bids . Bidders may not withdraw their bid within 60 days after the date of bid opened .
