Description | The project involves the demolition of the existing litter fence and the installation of a replacement litter fence netting system along 1 , 900 feet , with a height of 25 feet , of the perimeter at the Lebanon Solid Waste Facility . The scope of work includes : Removal of the current litter fence netting . Poles : No new poles required ; existing poles will be reused . All existing corner , end , and angle poles anchored with galvanized steel screw - in or bust - out type anchors . Guy wires marked with yellow safety covers . Installation of new netting system , including : One - inch mesh polypropylene heavy - duty barrier netting with sewn - in 3 / 8 " poly - rope border . Attachment to support system using carabiners and shackles . Base installation of 24 " high , 1 " mesh black vinyl - coated chain - link . Cable components : Top and bottom cables : 3 / 8 " galvanized steel aircraft cable ( MBS 14 , 000 lbs , MIL - W - 83420D ). Horizontal rib lines & vertical supports : 5 / 16 " galvanized steel aircraft cable PVC - coated to 3 / 8 " ( MBS 9 , 800 lbs , MIL - W - 83420D ), black coating . |
