Asphalt paving , milling , patching , striping , traffic loop replacement and all associated work on various City streets within 120 consecutive calendar days and shall include all labor , materials and incidentals necessary to construct the project . A preliminary list of streets will be included in the bid packet . The amount of work may increase or decrease , and the preliminary list of streets are subject to change . This project includes some GDOT LMIG funding . The latest GDOT Standard Specifications for Road and Bridge Construction of the Georgia Department of Transportation as amended herein , shall govern the construction of this project . City will hire it is own testing agency . GDOT testing specifications section 400 . 3 . 06 to be followed . Vehicular and Pedestrian Traffic Control following GDOT and MUTCD standards are required . Contractor shall legally dispose milling materials . Roads must be paved 24 hours after milling activities . No parking within the construction limits . Contractor to adjust water / sewer utilities to grade following Gwinnett County DWR standards ( concrete cap ). Regular Work Hours are 8 AM to 5 PM . Some roads are anticipated to be performed at Night ( from 9 PM to 5 AM ). All roads to be performed at night are listed on the bid tab .
