Description | The purpose of this contract is to provide the Town with an on - call contractor for isolated concrete sidewalk and curb repairs and other miscellaneous concrete work required by Town departments . The term of the contract is from Date of Award ( estimated on or around May 1 , 2026 ) to November 30 , 2026 . The quantities shown in the bid proposal are an estimated quantity for bidding purposes only . The Town reserves the right to increase or decrease quantities as the needs of the Town departments arise . This work includes the isolated spot repair of concrete sidewalk , monolithic concrete curb and sidewalk , concrete sidewalk ramps , and other miscellaneous concrete at various locations within the Town of Manchester as directed by the Engineer . |
