Description | The proposed scope of work is as follows : 1 . Review applications submitted to the Historic Preservation Commission and provide recommendations and testimony regarding the consistency of the application with the State and Township ’ s Historic Preservation Standards , including but not limited to the following : a . Consistency with the Historic District ’ s character ( physical , architectural , landscape and streetscape characteristics ); b . Consistency with the Historic Preservation Commission ’ s goals and District needs ; c . Recommendations and guidance relating to preservation , rehabilitation and / or restoration of existing structures ; d . Recommendations and guidance on new construction within the Historic District ; and e . Providing the use of photos , drawings , exhibits and other illustrations to support key points of recommendations and to serve as an aid to the applicants . |
