Description | The CRDA is releasing this Request for Proposal (“ RFP ”) to solicit proposals to engage one or more Engineering firms ( the “ Consultant ”) on an as - needed basis to provide engineering in the following disciplines : Mechanical , Electrical and Plumbing , and Cost Estimation as required . The respondent shall provide the services directly , with the exception of the lighting consultant who can be a sub - consultant on an as - needed basis in Atlantic City and other locations throughout the State of New Jersey . The respondent shall provide the services directly . Services shall be as more fully set forth in the Section 2 , Scope of Services , of this RFP . All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal . |
