Description | The Somerset Raritan Valley Sewerage Authority ( SRVSA ) is issuing a Request for Qualifications & Proposal ( RFQ / RFP ) from engineering firms or engineers licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey who specialize in water quality / water modeling to provide professional engineering services to the SRVSA concerning water quality issues , permitting , water quality modeling , review applicable environmental regulations , prepare and implement engineering studies , draft and submit reports , be available as needed for consultation with the SRVSA and staff and , in general , handling all requested environmental / water quality work in the interest of the SRVSA from February 2 , 2026 to February 1 , 2027 . |
