Description | The City of Davenport is accepting bids for the 2026 Roller Compacted Concrete Alley Program.This project is located at two alleys in Davenport. Alley 1 is located between Wilkes Ave. and Hickory Grove Rd. from W. Locust St. to W. Pleasant St. Alley 2 is located between Duggleby St. and Jersey Ridge Rd. from Duggleby St. to E. Locust St.The proposed improvements include, but are not limited to, the furnishing of all labor for the removal of the PCC and HMA roadway pavement for the length of the project, full depth aggregate stone base material, geo fabric / grid materials if needed, reconstruction of the roadway with a PCC alley approaches and RCC pavement, reset all existing utility surface features to finish grade, replacement of the adjacent driveway approaches, reconstruction of sidewalk at the intersections including ADA ramp construction, topsoil and sodding, and erosion control.Bids must be submitted through the City of Davenport e-bidding system (https://davenport.ionwave.net); no emails, faxes, paper copies or any other submission method will be accepted.Within the system, each tab of the Invitation to Bid must be reviewed and responded to accordingly. |
