Description | The proposed scope of work includes the rehabilitation of sanitary sewers on and within several streets in the City of Mill Valley . As outlined in the schedule of bid items , this work includes , but is not limited to , implementation of water pollution control plan ; traffic control ; potholing to locate utilities ; asphalt removal ; removal and replacement of concrete curbs and gutters , sidewalks , and driveways ; clearing and grubbing , excavation , subgrade preparation , placement and compaction of aggregate base ; replacement of sanitary sewer pipelines by open trenching ; rehabilitation of reconnection and repair / replacement of sewer laterals ; placement of asphalt concrete pavement ; applying striping , and markers ; and all other work as shown on the Plans , as called for in the Special Provisions , and as directed by the Engineer . |
