Description | Contractors are invited to submit bids for the 2026 SE GLENCOE STREET AND SE 4TH AVENUE WATER MAIN REPLACEMENT PROJECT in Oak Harbor , Washington . The work includes the installation of approximately 1 , 370 linear feet of 12 - inch PVC water pipe , approximately 20 linear feet of 10 - inch PVC water pipe , approximately 1 , 180 linear feet of 8 - inch PVC water pipe , approximately 275 linear feet of 6 - inch PVC water pipe , and approximately 265 linear feet of 4 - inch PVC water pipe . This work also includes a full roadway overlay , ADA curb ramp installation , gravel surfacing , and hydroseed restoration . All work shall be in conformance with the Contract Plans , Contract Provisions , and the 2025 Standard Specifications for Road , Bridge and Municipal Construction |
