Fremont Ave ., Springfield , MO 65803 Base Bid : Roof Sections 13 , 14 , 8 Gyp Deck Phenolic Insulation 4 ½ ” – 5 ” Total Thickness ½ ” Wood Fiber ½ ” Buildup Gravel / Tar 3 ½ ” - 4 ” Insulation 1 . Remove drip edge , gutters , downspouts , reglet , scupper boxes , gutters , and any other necessary materials in preparation to receive new roofing system . 2 . Vac gravel from roof / clean and prepare roof to prepare for adhesion of new roofing system . 3 . Remove items as notated on deletion map . 4 . See Cricket Map for cricket installation . 5 . Adhere ½ ” HDF cover board , 50 mil PVC membrane , and any necessary accessories for complete new roof system . 6 . Scuppers , scupper boxes , gutters , and downspouts shall be replaced . Metal color to be bronze and match newer portion of roofing / confirmed my owner . See details on new gutter placement in the Design Details . 7 . Areas of large facia shall be replaced as well . Sections between roofs 8 & 13 , 9 & 8 , 13 & 12 , and 11 & 13 . 10 . Reattach ladders that were removed . Ensure appropriate roof protection is under roof mount ladder to protect the membrane . 11 . Roof section 13 that connects to a small modified portion of roofing shall be covered as well . The expansion joint shall be encapsulated with enough membrane to allow movement . 12 . Encapsulate the old wall opening as noted in the Desing Details . 13 . Encapsulate the small triangle on roof 13 as noted in the Design Details . 14 . Ensure new gutter placement is corrected per the Design Details . 15 . Ensure tie in on the metal parapet wall is properly tied in to prevent leaks . 16 . Ensure tie in on parapet windows properly prevents leaks .
