D .: 822 9412 7641The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following : The replacement of approximately 26 , 500 s . f . of concrete sidewalk , drives , ADA ramps , localand major roads , and other related items of work within the City of Livonia . Instructions to bidders and specifications may be obtained by registering with the Michigan Inter - Governmental Trade Network ( MITN ) at www . mitn . info . Bids shall be in accordance with the requirements of this notice to be deemed “ responsive ”. Late bids willnot be considered . All addendums will be posted on MITN Website . Any information not obtained from the MITN websiteshould not be relied upon . All bids must be submitted electronically in Adobe Acrobat Format . Each proposal shall be accompanied by a bid bond on the Michigan Standard Form issued by anapproved Surety Company . The Prime Contractor shall demonstrate that they have successfully completed projects in at least five ( 5 ) years of equal scope in the State of Michigan totaling more than $ 300 , 000 per year . Phase I of this program must be completed by June 30th , 2026 . Phase II must be completed between September 14th and October 19th , 2026 . No bidder may withdraw their proposal within one hundred fifty ( 150 ) calendar days after the date set foropening thereof . The right to accept any bid , to reject any or all proposals and to waive irregularities inbidding is reserved by the City of Livonia . Portions of this Contract may be deleted due to unforeseencircumstances without compensation .
