Description | Labor and Materials cost for the cost to remove and install the existing valves and controls for the filtration system in the current Water Treatment Plant . Due to operational constrictions , no more than 2 filters may be taken down for work at a time . Additionally , before moving on to the next set of filters , all new valves and controls must be fully functional and integrated . There is a total of 8 filters involved during this process , ( 25 ) total valves , DeZURIK brand or pre - approved equal , plus controls for each as spelled out in bid documents . |
