BID NO. 226-0107-01 GRAVEL BY THE TON FOR BANKS COUNTY The Banks County Board of Commissioners will be accepting bids for gravel for Calendar Year 2026 on Wednesday, January 7, 2026, at 9:00 a.m. at: Banks County Commissioners Office ATTN: Julie Wofford 150 Hudson Ridge, Ste. 1 Homer, GA 30547 Bids submitted should state the price per ton for Gravel/Crushed Stone (Rip Rap 3, #4, #57, and GAB). The terms of the contract will be for a 12-month period from January 7, 2026 ¿ December 31, 2026. The gravel should be no more than fifty miles from Banks County and will be picked up by Triple H Hauling company. This bid cannot be transferred, assigned, or subcontracted. However, the County shall have the right to obtain gravel services from any source in case of emergency. The following minimum qualifications apply for all bidders and shall be submitted at the time of the bid opening: 1. A copy of your Business License from City/County where your business resides. 2. A completed W-9. 3. A completed E-Verify Affidavit. 4. A completed SAVE Affidavit 5. Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws.
