Description | This Invitation for Bids ( IFB ) is issued to procure the goods or services , as specified in this Section 2 , from a contract between the successful bidder ( s ) and the Maryland Department of the Environment ( MDE ), Abandoned Mine Land Division ( AMLD ) is requesting Price Bids to have 25 % liquid caustic soda delivered to the treatment site , Buffalo 422 , in Lonaconing , MD and pumped into the tank on site . The AMLD will notify the contractor in advance of the delivery of the material . Following notification of the material delivery request by AMLD , the Vendor will arrange with AMLD for an initial delivery date within five ( 5 ) working days of the request for delivery . The actual schedule of material deliveries will be directed by the AMLD as the need for materials arises . |
