The Department of Public Works and Highways – Misamis Oriental First District Engineering Office through its Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the hereunder Works:Name of Contract : LGU Hospitals, Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital -Balingasag Misamis OrientalContract ID No. : 25KK0078Locations : Balingasag, Misamis OrientalScope of Works : Construction of LGU Hospitals, Misamis Oriental Provincial Hospital - Balingasag Misamis Oriental, a 24.6meters by 38.0 meters building where the scope consists of the following: demolition of building, complete structural components (reinforced concrete footing, columns, footing tie beams and grade beams), roof trusses and roof sheets, including all roofing accessories (ridge roll, flashings, gutter, and downspout), complete CHB exterior walls, complete dry-wall works for interior walls (except bathroom area), finishing and painting works, complete windows and doors, complete ceiling works, complete plumbing and sanitary works, complete septic tank. Complete electrical works, and mechanical works for automatic sprinkler and fire alarm system. Construction of power house is also included in the scope.Approved Budget for the Contract: ₱ 28,098,800.00Contract Duration : 210 Calendar DaysProspective Bidders should be (1) registered with and classified by the Philippine Contractors Accreditation Board (PCAB) with Size Range Small B, PCAB LICENSE Category of (C & D)for General Engineering. The Contractor’s eligibility to bid on the project will be determined using the DPWH Contractor Profile Eligibility Process (CPEP) and subject to further post-qualification. Information on registration can be obtained from the PrS during working weekdays from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm or at the DPWH website www.dpwh.gov.ph.3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”.
