Description | 1 . Demolition of existing carpet will start June 8 in the pod commons and classrooms . All carpet and base demolition will be complete June 26 , 2025 . The schedule is defined for this portion of the project and fines of $ 1 , 000 per day occurring as of June 30 , 2026 , for not meeting carpet demolition deadline . 2 . Removal and disposal of the existing carpeting in room 404 , 405 , 406 , 407 , 408 , 409 , and 410 . 3 . Removal and disposal of all base molding within the 2nd grade pod commons and all 7 classrooms . 4 . Repair of any concrete base prior to carpet tile installation . 5 . Installation of new Kinetexs ( Urban Avenue , model # 1560 zone ) carpet tile and new 4 ” gray base in all 3rd grade pod classrooms and pod commons . |
