Description | This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation ( FAR ) Subpart 12 . 6 , as supplemented with additional information included in this notice . This acquisition is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures ( FAR Part 13 ). The 30th Contracting Squadron intends to award a firm - fixed - price purchase order for one ( 1 ) new , Commercial - Off - The - Shelf ( COTS ) Modular Fiber Optic Test System meeting the salient characteristics in attachment 1 . The Government intends to award a purchase order without discussions . Offerors are therefore encouraged to submit their best technical and price quotation in their initial submission . Additional Instructions to Offerors : Offerors shall respond to this RFQ via e - mail by 27 January 2026 at 1300 hours PT . All quotations should be sent to , Scott Yeaple , at scott . yeaple @ spaceforce . mil and Jeff Weeks at jeffrey . weeks . 5 @ spaceforce . mil before the due date and time specified . Any questions asked over the telephone will not be answered . |
