A minimum of 100mb or higher circuit with Layer 2 connectivity . Ethernet hand - off is required at the remote site and at the aggregation site . Fiber is the preferred transport type between locations . If fiber is not available , please identify transport type being utilized in the quote . If last - mile service is with a sub - contracted vendor , please note if the transport type changes to a different transport type for the last - mile . Remote site interface speed shall be 1GB . Circuit must be capable of an MTU of 1600 . Connections at both ends are to be taken to a location of the State ' s choosing . Layer 3 connectivity bids will be accepted but must be labeled as Layer 3 and will only be considered after all of the Layer 2 bids have been rejected . Please bid all options separately . |
