Description | The construction RFP shall include the minimum following elements : • Two ( 2 ) of the box spans direct bury poles have been installed and currently support electric distribution and communication circuits . • The remaining two ( 2 ) box span direct - bury poles will be installed by Niles Utility upon completion and approval of the finalized plan . • The steel poles have been engineered and approved for this project by Osmose located in Atlanta , Georgia . Engineering information will be provided to the successful bidder . |
