Details of what service is being procured can be found in the attached Performance Work Statement ( PWS ).** This is not a solicitation announcement . This notice is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government .** This work is to provide properly trained personnel and equipment to move a satellite and telescope from the basement level to the first floor of Halligan Hall of Naval Postgraduate School ( NPS ), as well as provide any necessary equipment needed to support each lift safely and without damage to equipment . The place of performance is Halligan Hall , Naval Support Activity Monterey , California . The Government anticipates this effort to be a Firm Fixed Price ( FFP ) type contract with an approximately three ( 3 ) weekperiod of performance . This is a new requirement . The Government ’ s estimated level of effort for this procurement , based upon Full Time Equivalents ( FTEs ) will be approximately16 labor hours . Work must be completed within one week or no later than three ( 3 ) weeks after contract award .
