The IDOH laboratory seeks one fluorescent microscope equipped with a LED illuminator which meets the following criteria : • Installed at the IDOH Laboratory at 550 W 16th St . Indianapolis , IN 46202 • Self contained into an area measuring 25 ” wide and 30 ” deep , will sit on a table • LED Fluorescent Microscope o Compatible with 120v electrical o The appropriate adjustment knobs must be present o The following oculars will need to be present , more are permitted :  10x , 20x , 40x o Tilting and telescoping trinocular  Only 1 set necessary , multiple users will not be using at the same time o Mechanical stage o Shutter which opens and closes o Adjustable eyepieces to accommodate several individuals using the microscope o Ability for the microscope to easily slide on a table and be adjusted o Ability to hold multiple filters and easily switch between , the following filters must be included with the ability to expand into at least 1 more filter ( FITC Conjugate used ):  Ex480 / 30 Dm505 Em515 LP ( GFP - LP )  Ex480 / 30 Dm505 Em535 / 40 ( FITC - CY2 - Alex488 ) o Ability for the scope to operate independently of a computer / software • Digital camera o Ability to capture photos at 17MP or higher o Ability to capture video o Ability to export video / photos to tablet / USB o Subscription software should not be required for camera operation o Compatible with Windows 11 • Tablet compatible with microscope and / or camera . o 13 ” screen or smaller o Windows 11 compatible o Have at least 1 USB - C or USB - A port o No required subscriptions for operation o Able to locally run camera / microscope software at the same time as oculars o Ability to share screen on larger display o Ability to be networked • On site install and training to be provided
