Description | The Bureau of Reclamation , Eastern Colorado Area Office ( ECAO ), has a requirement for the supply and incidental installation of a new commercially available , water - cooled chiller to replace the existing 50 - ton unit located at the ECAO Main Office in Loveland , Colorado . The principal purpose of this acquisition is the purchase of a newly manufactured chiller unit . Installation , removal of the existing unit ( including refrigerant recovery and disposal ), mechanical and electrical tie - ins , startup , commissioning , and training are incidental to the equipment purchase . This notice is issued for market research purposes in accordance with FAR Part 10 . There is no solicitation at this time . Please see the attached Statement of Work ( SOW ) and Sources Sought Notice ( SSN ) for detailed technical requirements and submission instructions . |
