Proposals are due no later than Tuesday, March 10, 2026 by 12:00PM EST. The only POC for this solicitation is Robin.McDonald3@va.gov. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: Utilize Section B.2 Price/Cost Schedule, found in the solicitation to submit your price proposal. If you are not the manufacturer of the items that you propose, you must provide proof that you are an authorized distributor for the manufacturer. FAR 52.225-2, Buy American Certificate must be completed, or your submission will be determined to be non-responsive and will not be evaluated. EVALUATION: The proposals will be evaluated on the following: Technical: Will be evaluated on the proposal that demonstrates the ability to provide the salient characteristics requested by the Government. Delivery Schedule Price: The offeror shall complete the pricing schedule provided in the solicitation. |
