Description | Under the supervision of the Building Official , remove asbestos , demolish residence and all outbuildings , remove fence on east side of lot , driveway and all concrete from sidewalk towards interior of lot and dispose in code legal dump . Semi - trailer needs to be removed and disposed of . Remove all trash , debris , shrubs and trees . Rake site and leave in a condition such that mowing can be completed . Grade the lot where disturbed from this demolition process . Additional topsoil / fill dirt required for grading will need to be provided by contractor . |
