Description | The Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 6, intends to negotiate a sole source contract with AVMedical LLC for Medical Testing Equipment at the Garner VA Clinic. Justification for this sole source procurement is in accordance with VAAR 819.7008 soliciting from an SDVOSB single source. Under the authority of Public Law 104-262, 38 U.S.C. 8153 and Veterans Affairs Acquisition Regulation (VAAR) Part 873, the contractor agrees to provide Medical Testing Equipment to The Garner VA Clinic located at 2700 Benson Rd. Garner, NC 27529. Equipment: -Touchscreen Portable Laser Power Meter -Industrial True-RMS Multimeter - DPM2PLUS Universal Pressure Meter - Calibration Gas Kit -.100 Standard - LinkRunner AT 3000 - SimCube Patient Simulation System Advanced - Certified adult bladder phantom This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. No solicitation documents are available, and telephone requests will not be accepted. No Responses will be considered by the Government. NAICS Code 334510 / 1250 employees.
