Request for Quote: Thermal Camera equivalent to FLIR T540 bundle. The purpose of this amendment is to answer submitted questions. No additional questions may be allowed. Due date remains the same, 09/18/2026 1500PST. Contractors are required to sign and return copies to the issuing agency. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) 140G0326Q0219. This acquisition is not conducted on a full and open competition basis. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. Interested parties shall submit sufficient documentation and explain how offerings meet, exceed, or differ from each Salient Characteristic for the USGS to evaluate in order to determine technical acceptability of their offer. Merely providing technical specifications without direct comparison is insufficient for evaluation. An addendum may be included with submittal. When the offeror provides equipment pursuant to this contract, the offeror shall ensure the ICT fully conforms to the applicable Revised 508 Standards. USGS is tax-exempt.
