Description | NOTICE OF INTENT TO SINGLE SOURCE – SR HAWK EQUIP UPGRADE FROM SPIRAL 6 TO SPIRAL 7 RTU IN SUPPORT OF CUSTOMS AND BORDER PROTECTION NO PHONE CALLS PLEASE. ALL QUESTIONS MUST BE IN WRITING AND EMAILED TO THE CONTRACTING SPECIALIST CONTACT INFORMATION BELOW. In accordance with the FAA Acquisition Management System paragraph 3.2.2.4, the purpose of this announcement is to inform industry of the basis of the FAA's decision to contract with a selected source using single source procedures. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) intends to award a one-time single source contract, for items listed below. Description of Goods or Service SRC3683E-U, SR Hawk Spiral 6 to 7 RTU Upgrade SRC6006, 8 Degree Elevation Antenna SRC8515A, Accessory Package Brackets SRC2366B, Transport Case Rational Basis for Use of Single Source Award Procedures: SRCTec LLC is the only responsible source for procurement of parts and end items being requested by the Federal Aviation Administration Logistics Center in support of Customs and Border Protection. NAICS – 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing Manufacturing - Size Standard – 1350 The FAA's current intended procurement strategy is to pursue a single Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract via a single source award procedure for the following company: SRCTEC, LLC 5801 E Taft RD Syracuse, New York 13212-3291, United States SAM UEI: PUT4KUNBLDS5 This announcement is for informational purposes only, not a Solicitation/Request for Proposal. A competitive solicitation is not available for this procurement.
