Description | Under the supervision of the Building Official , remove asbestos , demolish residence and all outbuildings , remove shrubs and overgrowth from lot , fence on north , east , and south side of lot , all concrete from north sidewalk towards interior of lot . Include in your bid also to have all vehicles towed to Police Department impound lot on the NE side of town . Remove all trash , debris , shrubs , trees , and concrete . Rake site and leave in a condition such that mowing can be completed . Grade the lot where disturbed from this demolition process . Additional topsoil / fill dirt required for grading will need to be provided by contractor . |
