Background : The Gulf Coast Veterans Health Care System ( GCVHCS ), Biloxi , MS , requires a reliable supply of commercial - grade carpet and luxury vinyl tile to support ongoing maintenance and renovation projects across multiple buildings . This contract ensures consistent quality , availability , and timely delivery of carpet materials to meet facility standards .
