Description | The Georgia Department of Natural Resources , Environmental Protection Division ( EPD ) is seeking qualifications from highly experienced and qualified engineers to prepare estimates of forecasted water demands for thermoelectric power generation in Georgia for a forty ( 40 ) year time horizon with the input of expert stakeholders . This Request for Qualified Contractors ( RFQC ) aims to establish a contract with a single qualified engineer for a period of up to five ( 5 ) years . The work will be issued through individual task orders . This procurement process , formally structured as an RFQC , is utilized to identify the most highly qualified firm to provide this specialized service to EPD . The scope of work shall be completed by a Georgia Registered Professional Engineer . |
