The Michigan Department of Environment , Great Lakes , and Energy ( EGLE ) is seeking a Professional Services Professional ( s ) to complete independent assessment of sites of environmental contamination with current risk determination of Risks Present and Immediate or Inadequate Data to Assign Risk and a prioritization of High . These sites are regulated under Part 201 Environmental Remediation of the Natural Resources and Environmental Protection Act , PA 451 of 1994 , as amended . The sites are managed by the Immediate Risk Unit ( IMU ) of the Remediation and Redevelopment Division ( RRD ) of EGLE . Four major tasks will be included in this work .  Task 1 will include file review , data gap analysis , and generation of a work plan to address data gaps / risk reduction strategy on a per site basis .  Task 2 will include administrative and / or field investigation of data gaps , completion or revision of the RIDE REF , and generating recommendations for mitigation and / or remediation , if necessary , per site .  Tasks 3 and 4 will cover administrative management for the contract .
