This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) number RFQ2026AK47BLANK. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular Number 2026-01, dated 03/13/2026 and Revolutionary Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Overhaul (RFO). This action is issued as a Small Business Set Aside, NAICS Code 332992, and small business size standard of 1,300 employees. The Government will make award to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to this solicitation and is most advantageous.
