81st CST Training Event Sources Sought

This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes only . This is not a solicitation for proposals , proposal abstracts , or quotations . The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of qualified small and large businesses to provide specialized services in support of realistic Chemical , Biological , Radiological , and Nuclear ( CBRN ) training exercises . The North Dakota Army National Guard ( NDARNG ) is searching for firms located within 40 miles of Robins AFB ( KWRB ) that can provide CBRN training exercises . As part of its market research , NDARNG is issuing this sources sought to determine if there are qualified contractors capable of providing this requirement . The government may use the responses to this sources sought for information and planning purposes . Attached is a copy of the performance work statement ( PWS ). Please complete the attached Sources Sought Information form and return with your positive response . The following is the suggested NAICS code : 611699 – All Other Miscellaneous Schools and Instruction . Responses to this sources sought must show their capabilities in meeting this requirement as a whole event . Responses to this sources sought are not quotes on which the NDARNG can issue any contract . This sources sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a RFQ . The government does not intend to award a contract or BPAs based only on responses to this sources sought . All information received in response to this sources sought marked “ proprietary ” will be protected and handles accordingly . Interested parties are responsible for adequately marking proprietary or competition sensitive information contained in their response . Responses to the sources sought will not be returned . Responders are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this sources sought . NDARNG will not pay for information received in response to this sources sought .
