This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items , prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12 . 6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice . This announcement constitutes only solicitation ; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued . Solicitation number 70Z04026Q60942 applies and is used as a Request for Quote ( RFQ ).
