a ) The Consultant should anticipate performing a broad range of tasks related to general roadway design and project development support services . The Consultant shall possess the necessary expertise , capabilities , and equipment required to execute the Scope of Work outlined in this Agreement . b ) The scope and scale of potential project services may vary and could include the development and design of roadway and maintenance projects to support the District ’ s project delivery needs for the State transportation system . Each Task Order will define the specific scope of work , project location and limits , purpose , expected outcomes , deliverables , period of performance , and project schedule . c ) Under an authorized Task Order , the Consultant shall provide Caltrans with roadway design and project development support services in accordance with the Scope of Work and within the geographical area defined in the “ Location of Work ” section of this Agreement . The Consultant shall furnish all necessary personnel , materials , transportation , lodging , instrumentation , and specialized facilities and equipment required to meet the needs of all relevant agencies and ensure compliance with all applicable federal , state , and local statutes , laws , codes , regulations , policies , procedures , ordinances , standards , specifications , performance criteria , and guidelines relevant to the Consultant ’ s services and deliverables ...
